Crystal Flores-Crouch, MBA is the Sr. Marketing and Recruiting Manager – Latino Market for New York Life. She received The Gathering of Eagles award in 2014 for excellence in recruiting and manpower. She has an extensive background in both cultural marketing and social media.
Crystal is a University of Texas – Pan American alumni. She grew up in the Rio Grande Valley and continues her commitment to the Latino market by sitting on 3 professional boards, and a member of 31 different Latino focused associations throughout the Austin community. Outside of work she enjoys crossfit, swimming, biking, and running. She is married to the love of her life Stephen and they enjoy ministering to youth in their church, play on a co-ed indoor soccer team and traveling as much as they can.
