Follow up with thank you notes or emails. Try to personalize these as much as possible as everyone likes to feel specialize.  Include a comment about a conversation when possible.

Connect on social media if not already connected. This is a great way to stay in contact way after the event. If anyone was a No Show, follow up and let them know they were missed! Keep a positive attitude and invite them to your next event.

Request an action for your attendees. This can be a follow up coffee meeting for a potential client to find out more about your company or an invitation to the next event.

Consider feedback. Find out what everyone liked about the event and be open to suggestions. Reevaluate and brainstorm on how to improve. Remember to always conserve your brand when taking in new ideas.
